At Snipegate Farm Dog Grooming, we strive to provide the best service for you and your dog. Our goal is to ensure you are happy with the grooming experience. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Below, we outline our refund policy in accordance with UK regulations.
1. Refunds for Services Rendered
As per the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once the grooming has been completed. If you are not completely satisfied with the service, please inform us immediately, and we will work with you to resolve any concerns. We are committed to making sure your dog’s grooming experience meets your expectations.
2. Deposits
To secure a grooming appointment, a non-refundable deposit of £[20% Amount] is required at the time of booking. This deposit is not refundable in the following cases:
- Cancellation within 7 days of the appointment.
- No-shows (failure to attend without prior notice).
- Late cancellations (cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled appointment).
If you cancel your appointment more than 7 days in advance, the deposit may be refunded at our discretion, minus any administration fees.
3. Rescheduling Your Appointment
If you need to reschedule your grooming appointment, please do so at least 7 days before your scheduled appointment to avoid forfeiting your deposit. Deposits may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if the request is made within this time frame.
- Rescheduling within 7 days of the appointment is subject to availability, and the deposit may be retained if we cannot accommodate the new time.
4. Refunds for Unfinished Services
In the rare case that we are unable to complete the grooming service for reasons that are within our control (such as a technical failure or staff issue), we will offer a partial refund for the portion of the service that was not rendered. If the grooming service is partially completed, a refund or credit will be issued, depending on the circumstances.
5. Refunds for Allergic Reactions or Injury
We take every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of your dog during grooming. However, if your dog experiences an allergic reaction or injury due to the grooming, please inform us immediately. We will do everything in our power to assist in resolving the issue, but we cannot provide refunds in cases where the injury or reaction is due to pre-existing conditions or external factors that were not related to our grooming practices.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund for any reason, you must contact us within 7 days of your grooming appointment to request a review of your case. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and you may be asked to provide evidence or documentation to support your claim.
