Welcome to Snipegate Farm Dog Grooming Serveices (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our dog grooming services and the booking process via our website. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Offered

We provide professional dog grooming services for all breeds and sizes of dogs. Our services include, but are not limited to, bathing, trimming, nail clipping, ear cleaning, and full grooming packages. Full details of services and pricing are available on our website.

2. Booking and Appointment Confirmation

To book an appointment with us, you must use our online booking system. By submitting a booking request, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

  1. Deposit Requirement
    A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from your total grooming service fee on the day of your appointment.
  2. Booking Confirmation
    Once your deposit is received, we will confirm your appointment via email or text. Your appointment is not confirmed until you have received a booking confirmation.
  3. Appointment Times
    Please ensure that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. Late arrivals may result in a reduced service or rescheduling.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans may change; however, we kindly ask for your cooperation in following our cancellation policy.

  1. Cancellation or Rescheduling
    If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please inform us at least 7 days prior to your scheduled grooming appointment. This can be done through our website or by contacting us directly at 07765199784 or [email protected].
  2. Deposit Forfeiture
    If you cancel your appointment within 7 days of the scheduled date or fail to attend, your non-refundable deposit will be forfeited. We regret that we are unable to offer refunds under these circumstances.
  3. Late Cancellations or No-Shows
    A cancellation made within 48 hours of the appointment time or a “no-show” will result in the full grooming fee being charged, in addition to the loss of the deposit.
  4. Extenuating Circumstances
    We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you are unable to attend your appointment due to an emergency or other valid reasons, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss the situation. We will do our best to accommodate you on a case-by-case basis, but the deposit remains non-refundable.

4. Late Arrivals and Rescheduling

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the full service, and you may be asked to reschedule. In this case, the deposit remains non-refundable. We recommend arriving early to avoid delays.

5. Health and Safety

For the safety and well-being of your dog, please ensure that all vaccinations are up to date. We reserve the right to refuse grooming services if we believe that your dog is unwell or poses a risk to our staff or other animals.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are as quoted on our website or discussed with you prior to the service. We reserve the right to modify prices from time to time, and all bookings will be subject to the prices applicable at the time of booking.

Payment for the remaining balance of services (after applying the deposit) is due at the time of service completion. We accept payments via credit/debit card, cash or bank transfer

7. Liability

We take great care to ensure that your dog receives the best grooming experience possible. However, by agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that:

  1. Damages or Injury
    While we make every effort to provide a safe environment, we cannot be held responsible for any pre-existing conditions or injuries that may occur during the grooming process.
  2. Flea and Tick Treatment
    We advise that your dog be free from fleas, ticks, and other parasites. If your dog is found to have fleas or ticks during grooming, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee for flea treatment.
  3. Behavioural Issues
    If your dog exhibits aggressive behavior or poses a risk to our staff, we may decline to perform the grooming service. In such cases, the deposit will be forfeited.

8. Personal Data and Privacy

We value your privacy and take the protection of your personal information seriously. Any personal data provided through our booking system will be used only for booking and communication purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, policies, or legal obligations. Any updates will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of our services after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms.
